Being fastidious in eating, at first, we just would like to find a kind of nut milk product for ourselves and our family and friends. We participated in many nutrition courses to accumulate knowledge and hope to develop our own recipe for our nut milk , our passionate nutritionist who wants to share her love of clean, nourishing. ingredients with everyone. There’s a real culture of using plant-based ingredients to create things that are full of nutrients. I wanted to bring that philosophy to the United States.

 

It took one years later, after many failures: the smoothness was not as expected, which sugar should use, the material was not stable with the Organic standards, no preservatives and then we have successfully created the recipe that we expected.
